Cold & Hot 😊 At the start of each day, before enjoying the amazing benefits of Cryotherapy, Tony Robbins gives himself a blast of energy by ending his workout with five minutes in an extra-hot, dry sauna . He's made the routine such an integral part of his day that he does both a sauna and cold therapy.
